national pig and beer day: food and drink

a glimpse at some of the food and drinks we enjoyed on this fabulous national holiday. the menu included: pulled pork on homemade hamburger buns, rosemary and garlic pork tenderloin, sausage with onion and peppers, chorizo pigs in a blanket, ribs, ribs and more ribs, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, prosciutto and melon, bacon wrapped goat cheese stuffed dates, hummus, cheeses, olives, carrot cake, chocolate coffee cupcakes with homemade caramel whipped cream, and so much more. thank you everyone who contributed. you made my day/week/month...
