cardigan for me
i finally have photographs of my stripped cardigan (thanks mom). i finished it about a month ago and was thrilled to wear it this past holiday season. the bright green stripe proved to be a fun surprise to people.
pattern
i used ann budd's modular knitting book (the knitter's handy book of sweater patterns) to make a custom v-neck, saddle-shoulder cardigan pattern
yarn
stash yarn! this project was intended to use up some of my stash.
the grey: stone hedge fiber mill's shepherd's worsted, pewter (from my first sweater)
the white: stone hedge fiber mill's shepherd's worsted, ivory
the green: swan's island's worsted weight, green (from my knit house top) and alchemy's haiku, sour grass (from mitts for donna)

You've done it again! This is one of my faves so far. When you wore it the other day, we were fawning all over it, and I wanted to spend some extra time up close to it, but since you were wearing it, I refrained. Amazing work!
