i made roommate a circle square hat back in the fall, but sadly i knit it a bit loose and it streched, as cashmere does. i figured it's time she got a new one. i mean i can't have roommate thinking i don't know what i'm doing, especially since she is endlessly patient with me and all the crafting supplies strewn about the apartment. you're the best, roommate.

my dear baby cousin lope is one of my biggest fans. always encouraging. always enthusiastic. sometimes even a pinch pushy; she definitely lets me know when she thinks it's time for a new fergustuff post. needless to say, a gift for lope is long overdue. hope this hat keeps her toasty while i think of something else to make her, something as special as she is. love you lopey.
